The downloaded CSV file for my report is empty. How i can fix this problem
Hello @mizi. Need more information about your device, what actions you did with this device, also what settings in download device tab you use.
Please try create some events and trigger it, connect and disconnect your device. And download report.
I’m facing same issue, ESP32 is the device. Simply trying to download reports
But getting blank reports without any data.
Please support asap. PRO user.
