Difference in cost of plans between .app / .console

Hello there,

Just looking at possibly upgrading to a “Plus” plan (10devices) before new changes in October. When i go to upgrade in App, the yearly cost is 73.99$ (6.17$/month)… When i go to upgrade in console, the yearly cost is 60$ (4.99$/month)…

Are these different plans? Is the structure so that I need to upgrade both the console and app for added features or is the upgrade applied to the whole account and to both console and app?

Hello @Aubrey. What app version you use? Android or iOS? And what is your server and your country?

Also, if possible, please attach a screenshot of monthly price from app.

@Aubrey If you are from Canada, this price is in Canadian dollars in app.
In Stripe in USA dollars in web.

Welp! There you have it…Thats weird the console does not recognise i am in Canada and mark the price in my currency but I’m sure you all have bigger fish to fry…

If I knew how to mark as solved I would but I dont… LOL
