I am having a similar issue. I have a quickstart device and a project device that show up on the web dashboard as expected, but on the app (iOS), only the quickstart device can be seen. I also have two templates: a quickstart template and a project template, both of which can be seen on the web and in the mobile app. I have confirmed the template ID matches. The project device uses cellular to communicate with iOT. Any suggestions?
