Devices are offline and unable to reconfigure

PRO USER
• Hardware model + communication type. ESP32 + wifi
• Smartphone OS (iOS or Android) + version -Android 14
• Blynk server or local server- Blynk server
• Blynk Library version 1.3.2

4 out of 5 of my device all of sudden goes offline at same time.

While re provisioning/ reconfiguring it’s not shipped my ESP32 device and giving error

" The firmware is not com…"

PLEASE suggest be solution regarding this issues.

Devices are working well from past 6 months.

I saw that 4 of your devices went offline at the same moment of day and time (~23 hours ago). Usually, it indicates about network/router/ISP issue. We didn’t make any recent deployments/restarts.
