Device Not Connected in App

I have a project created with a WEMOS D1 Mini along with my Blynk application. I found that it works fine here in the U.S.

However, it is now being tested in EU and it’s found to have difficulty connecting to Blynk, or the appearance of not being connected.

The device seems to connect to Blynk after connecting to the local WiFi AP as I have code that indicates it has connected…

Next the iPhone Blynk app is run and indicates the “Device is Not Connected”. I can access the Blynk web site in the phone’s browser and the hard IP 45.55.130.102. So if both devices are connected to Blynk, why would I get a “device Not Connected” message?
