Delete free account Blynk 2.0

I upgraded to the enterprise plan but the root email account I wanted to put was on a free subscription that I had made before the plan was launched.

How do I delete this free account so I can add this email to the new enterprise plan?

If you are a business client, what is your server domain name? You can see in browser url field

Good afternoon, I have the same issue as the previous colleague. We created a Pro account with an institutional email, but when I try to create a user in that account using my email, it doesn’t allow me because the email is already associated with a Free account. How can I delete the Free account so that my email is freed up?

Possible steps:
login to this FREE acc → user profile icon → open profile → action button → delete acc
