Nice to hear it @Dmitriy! one more option “ALLOW DATE INPUT” in Time Input Settings and a rename to “Date/Time Input” and … DONE! 
I agree that Time Input is not ideal and we will need to fix it some day 
Can anybody share use-cases in IOT (that might be used by others, not only you), when some action should be triggered on a specific date? This would help us to better understand the challenge.
