Customer Support Contact for Payment and Subscriptions

I am trying to contact Blynk customer support because I was recently charged for a renewal of a yearly Plus subscription that I apparently forgot to cancel and I’m trying to get the charge reversed since I have no plans to use Blynk in the coming year.

Hello, If the money is debited, the subscription has been renewed. I don’t think the payment can be cancelled.
