Controlling the AC

Hi guys!!
I’m need some help on controlling my AC, its a LG and the controller is split (that one with the screen) and I’m having some problems tryng to decode the IR codes, is it possible to control something like this with an arduino UNO?

This is the best library I’ve found. And there are lot’s of tutorials on how to wire everything
