Console login failure to Blynk.cloud

I am unable to log into the Blynk.cloud server in my Windows browser. I’ve tried Chrome and FF and both show a spinning disc after entering my email address and pwd. The waiting for response spinning disc never stops and it doesn’t give an error, so I don’t know what is happening.

My project on the account is still connected to the Blynk IOT android app but the data to the LCD is sporadic where before it was continuously updated.

Has anyone seen this error, and more important is there a solution?

We deployed servers a few days ago. Please clear your all browsers cash/history/data, etc. Then please reload browser and try login again.

I’ve tried three different browsers all using incognito windows and a different PC that I’ve never logged into Blynk. All are still failing to log in to the cloud server.

@BrianH please:

clear all data in some browser (for example in chrome) → close browser → open → open dev tools (F12), console, error level → login to acc

Do you see some error in console (dev tools) ?

I had the same problem, and the same chrome output as BrianH. I managed to fix it by clearing the cache in chrome using the following tutorial.

@BrianH @Patrick2 hello, as a quick fix - you may use a direct link to your region, for example:

https://fra1.blynk.cloud instead of https://blynk.cloud

We’ll try to fix it asap.

@Dmitriy , what is the regional server for Oceania/Pacific?

@Patrick2 Thanks for the tip, I tried it but it didn’t work for me. The fault is outside of my PC because it occurs when I try to log in on other PCs.

Your account only resides on one of these servers, if your app is logged-in to your account then check the About screen.

@PeteKnight @Dmitriy I have been able to log into all servers except the London server, so the issue appears to be there.

There is no problem with the London server, I’m logged on to it.

As I said before, your account only exists on ONE of these servers. Which server is your account on?

Interesting, because I was able to log into all servers except London. The rest is way above my pay grade.

Perhaps it is my account on the London server, obviously not all accounts because yours is still working correctly.

Is your app logged-in?
If so, which server does it show in “About”

I’m not sure where “About” is located, but I can see Lon1 in the bottom RHC for the Region:
Clearly I am on that server, but I logged in via SGP1 (Dashboard…)

When I logged out of my Web interface and tried to log in using LON1, I got the same error again where the spinning circle continued without completing the login procedure. (Dashboard). I then went back to Dashboard… and was able to log in successfully.
