Connect blynk local server with Arduino uno usb

I can connect my ardino uno via USB connection. (With app)
Now I like to connect it to my local server.
How to connect it?

Edit the script you are using to connect to the cloud via USB (presumably blynk-ser.bat) and edit it to use your local server IP address and whatever port you are using.

But you should get some better hardware and connect via WiFi
