Cant remove card from billing page

Hello,
I ve just subscriped for pro plan for a year.
Then i canceled the plan because i don’t want to autoupdate. Then i tried to remove the card info and i can’t. It reports that i have an active plan and i can’t remove it.
Please help

You can either block the card or block the particular payment by contacting the bank. Or when the renewal date is nearing you can contact the Blynk sales team to cancel your subscription.

One year way to far from now. So happy blynking :wink:

Hello. Looks like you mean PLUS plan, not PRO.

That’s correct. The plan is active for 1 year as you paid for it. At the end of the billing period, your plan will be canceled and no charging will be made. Only after this, you can remove the card. This is how Stripe did it. Otherwise, you would lose the plan right away.

Yes Plus is correct. Ok , I ll leave the card there and we will see in a year.
