After about 2 weeks not using the app, I’m unable to connect.
I tried to reinstall the app, reset my password and enter custom IP and PORT on app without success.

Hi. What error message do you see on login screen? iOS/Android?
Are you using Local Server? If so, make sure it is running, up to date, even restart it perhaps??
If you are using Cloud Server, then what are the custom IP and port #'s and why?
