"can't connect [cloud] server" from blynk app using 2G-4G

Hi,

I’m only talking about the mobile app (android) connection to blynk cloud server using 4G wireless network.
Everything else works fine, and also if I try to connect blynk cloud server from my blink app using WIFI : no problem.
That’s why I don’t understand why I cannot do this when there’s no WIFI available, since my smartphone still get internet connection with data mobile on.

The Blynk app can connect via GPRS as well as WiFi, unless there is a problem with your mobile ISP blocking Blynk traffic, or a problem with your phone.

Rebooting your phone is always a good start.
