Can't access or blynk mobile app using home WiFi

Cannot access at all when using home WiFi via Windows 11 PC latest version and Android 11 Smartphone (seems the IP is blocked, a few days ago accessing via WiFi was no problem). My country is Indonesia (I don’t know which regional server my account is in), and currently using free subscription.

but if I replace the connection with a tethering phone, the problem goes away…
