Cannot reconfigure Wi-Fi for module ESP8266

I have a project in the platform Blynk using the module ESP8266, this project has been working fine until I change my Wi-Fi router and it was necessary to update with new credentials which it was the reason to use the App Blynk IoT to reconfigure, this option request reset the “ESP8266”, once it’s done, I select the device to use in Blynk IoT and it came with a message “Connection successful”, after that it gives the message “Something came up. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device” after those messages it came with a final one that says “connected without internet”
I hope you guys can help me with this inconvenience.

Is your new router configured to provide a 2.4GHz network?

It would be useful if you could show the information that appears in your serial monitor when your reset your device using the credentials reset button that’s specified in your Settings.h file, then you go through the provisioning process in the app.

Pete.

Hello Pete,

Thank you for the response; yes my router provides 2.4 GHz network.
I send you the screen captures of serial monitor and the reconfigure in the App.

This is the link for the captures:

I’ll appreciate your follow up.

Mario.

I’m not interested in screenshots of your serial monitor output, just copy the text that appears in your serial monitor and post it here with triple backticks at the beginning and end so that it displays correctly.
Triple backticks look like this:
```
I avoid opening external links where possible, please post the information here.
Pete.
