No, if you want to use Blynk for commercial purposes then you need to take-out a paid subscription. The only paid subscriptions available now are for Blynk IoT.
If you need a local (on-premise) IoT server then you need to to for the White Label subscription and negotiate the additional on-premise cost with the Blynk team.

Any way to purchase and use old blynk local server. I mean if cloud is shutting down then use old blynk local server to continue the projects for everyone.
