Business Plan ( white label ) , No support No reply

Hi , I would like to get some more details on the Plans , I have sent a request on contact sales as well as schedule a live demo, No response at all , No way to contact sales on a live chat.

For a plan asking for 10,000$ a year I would hope for a better support , extremely disappointed with this

Now , for the more information on plans

Between Pro and Business plans

  1. Google and Alexa is missing in Pro , I want to buy 149$ plan but I need google and Alexa in it

  2. In business plan How do I get a view of the smart home application that’s advertised on the website?

I scheduled a live demo , No response at all it seems like no one cares for people who actually want to pay

  1. In the white label app there are few things I would like to add on would like to discuss it with someone in detail

  2. In a pro plan or business plan I want to ship devices in a box with qr code on them which people can scan and add into their blynk app without me giving any assistance any clarity on that

  3. any time line on fleet management?

  4. how do I arrange a meeting with a customer support to talk in a more convenient way rather than wait for days for reply and then wait again for a follow-up
