The user within your org or suborganization?
You can’t delete template with active devices.
User within my org
but don’t worry it’s just a test , not a real user, just an other mail address of mine
One device offline
Since I create a bug
I can’t edit none of other templates, nor create new templates, nor edit the dashboard
I got " An unexpected error occurred. " each time
I delete the second account, but no change .

Solved !
I don’t know why, but it seems firefox 89 stuck with the platform since I delete the template.
I will try safe mode.
Works well with Edge
PS:
I ran Firefox repair mode, everything is fine now, I think it was caused by a plugin!
