Last month I bought pro plan after one month it automatically activated again pro plan if I cancel the plan I will get my money back.

It is correct behavior. When you sign up for the first time, the payment platform shows a warning about future automatic payments.
For example from web Stripe subscription:
No in this case. There are answers to this in Frequently asked questions footer section of Pricing page https://blynk.io/pricing
I think the best solution is for you to cancel the plan before renewing your subscription, so that the money is not debited again.
