I don’t, they are warnings that you system might not be secure if you have port forwarding set up for example.
The warnings shouldn’t stop you system running so your problem is elsewhere.
So! Finally it works!
Actually port 8082 is also used by Blynk, but the error message did not appear on the blynk.log error file until I changed the port 8080 (which was the first non working port that appeared on blynk.log) to another on my other application. When I discovered that 8082 was used by Blynk, I changed it and… it works!

Actually I thought that server.propierties files was already stored elsewhere but I see that I can add it for an extended local setup.
