Hi, please help me as am new to this programming. I would like to connect my blynk local server to wifi router with eathernet cable ( I got lan ip adress) with that ip adress I had acess the headless mode and my blynk app working fine. Now i need to use port forwarding to acess the server from internet ( someware it’s mentioned that if connected to lan connection then port forwarding not required).
Please advise me am I required to do the pot forwarding to my router only are I need any program to run in my local server. Since I would like to connect the local server to Alexa. Please advise me
Port forwarding is NOT a Blynk specific task… and you only really need it if you want to access your Local Server / Blynk projects on your phone / tablet from outside your local network… AKA a coffee shop across town.
If you want to access it from outside your network, then YOU need to spend some quality time with your routers make/model and G
