The server connection has been down for an hour now, but we still haven’t received a response from BlynkTeam.

Hello all. Our infrastructure is currently under a DDoS attack, and we’re working on a fix with our cloud provider. Sorry for the inconvenience. The estimated time for resolution is about in ~3hours.

Looks like it was definitely a server-side issue. Whenever something like this happens, I usually wait a bit before changing any project settings or reflashing devices, since those changes rarely help if the backend is down. Glad it seems to have been identified quickly.
