You have no idea what you’re doing yet, so taking bits of code like this and trying to make them work for you isn’t going to help you.

At this stage you don’t need any Blynk code in there, just code to read a digital pin and echo the output to an LED.

then I have to learn programming! So that I can do it.
I only tested single skits. How to make the buzzer sound or how to turn an LED on or off via Blynk or how to make a wifi connection with the Nodemcu. But never tested a swimmer or found a useful code for it.

I assume that by “swimmer” you mean float switch?
As i explained before, it’s just a switch.

Stop looking for code and write your own to do the very basics, then build on that. You need to learn to walk before you can run.

OK thanks! then I will do it! because in 1 to 1 1/2 months before the finished aquarium controller is there I do not need this anymore because the entire programming already exists and then I only need to solder a lot and nothing has to be programmed just to set the complete software! yes I meant float switch!

Honestly, you are making your end result more complex (at the moment) by using blynk.

Have you thought about something like this?

for my seawater controller I have a lot of modules and accessories including a nodemcu! I just wanted to make it with what I have and nothing to buy what I do not need anyway afterwards!
