Blynk air shipment fail in maker plan

Hi everyone !
I currently have a maker plan for 10 devices for which i pay 59 swiss francs per year. I just noticed that now i’m unable to send blynk air shpiments to more than 1 device per shipment.(It tells me to upgrade my plan) Which was possible before and still is according to the plan on the website. Impossible to contact someone at blynk staff. Does someone have an explaination?

Did they just lower the services provided so we’ll get a more expensive maker plan or pro plan?

Support for Maker plan users is via this forum only.
Pro users have access to a ticketing system with a 1-5 business day response time.

But i already knew that so that’s why i’m here. Maybe some blynk staff get to pass by here sometimes?
