There has been discussion about Blynk 2.0 app not having a dark mode versus the legacy version.
I discovered on my new iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 15.4 that you can modify the apps setting and get a dark mode. The colors are inverted.
Go to Settings/Accessiblity/Per-App Settings, add the Blynk app and click on Smart Invert.
It’s kind of close to the legacy app.
The Smart Invert doesn’t work on my “not-so-Smart” iPad Air 3 running iOS 15.4 or 15.3.x.
Also, changing the text colors on the iPhone 13 changes the colors on the iPad.

Color inversion is also available for android users, but it’s definitely not a good solution, the dark theme will be released soon ( according to blynk staff ) so just be patient .
