im begginer and just operate 4 channel relay module with Arduino and Blynk using HC-06 bluetooth module, but there is one problem, everytime i open a app i need internet connection, is there any way to operate my relays without internet?

I believe currently it is not possible - app needs connection to server as this is the place where your project and account are stored. There were topics about it, try to find them,
App needs to be connected to the server, at least to login and get the profile.
It also will provide possibility for resending values from Bluetooth device to the server (next release will contain a fix for this resending, as currently it doesn’t work for Bluetooth device) - so SuperChart and other widgets could work with Bluetooth device too.

i noticed, sometime my realy operate quickly, and sometime it take some time, why this any idea?
In 2.26.5 we have some fixes for Bluetooth connection - it should improve it’s stability and maybe it will fix the issue you are facing with ‘it take some time’
