we are trying to use the blynk arudino 101 bye sketch with a samsung S3 neo but it does not find the ble device, we have confirmed it works with an iPhone 6s and a motorola android.
any tips?

Sounds like an issue with the S3 and BLE - seems like these phones weren’t always actually BLE compatibly, see the thread here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11104708/bluetooth-4-0-smart-low-energy-on-samsung-galaxy-s3
You may need to update your phone / grok the web to see how others have gotten this phone to work.

Yes, you need have bluetooth 4.0.
If version is <4.0 you can`t find BLE in Widgets Menu.
