Billing Question

Currently, I do have an account with Blynk. I have a question regarding billing statement. But I can’t find any customer service contact information on Blynk’s website.

So, where & who should I contact? Please let me know.

I don’t want to renew my subscription, but I can’t find where to inform it.
Last year you kept trying to automatically renew it.

Hello @mrbica. Looks like you have WEB plan Maker ANNUALLY subscription.
You can cancel the plan at any time.

Org settings → billing → action button → cancel subscription → and cancel in stripe
