Best frequency for Blynk

I have the option of running my router on 2.4 or 5 GHz. Does anybody know which one is more stable for Blynk?

If you’re running an ESP8266 based device (NodeMCU, Wemos D1 Mini, ESP-01 as a Wi-Fi adapter for an Arduino) then they can only operate on 2.4GHz.

I am using a wemos D1 mini on it’s own no arduino

Then the answer is, as I’ve already said, 2.4GHz.
