I did some tried on automation.
That’s working fine.
Is it possible to add the value of a Virtual PIN in the automation script for the body mails or notification?

Hello. Yes. You can use the next placeholders:

{ORG_NAME}
{PRODUCT_NAME}
{DEVICE_NAME}
{TRIGGER_VALUE}

I’m also facing same bug. Also, there is not much documentation on how we can use it.
If there was some example shown in the documentation would be very helpful!

I’d suggest that you share screenshots of automation actions, and details of the information that is being shown in your email.
