A saw an issue with library. i tried basic bluetooth example and i saw its working with or without auth token.

Yes it is true.
You should enable BLYNK_DIRECT_CONNECT for library to check auth token of the phone.
It looks like it doesn’t work on some hardware, but should work on hc-05
