Although that advert says <1mW in standby mode, the manufacturers spec sheet says otherwise…
In my experience, there are no devices available that can provide low current WiFi connectivity. The Tx power required for the device to communicate with the router makes that impossible.

Do you have flashing info for Shelly Plus 2PM?
I use Shelly 1 easily and often with Blynk, have not figured out Shelly 1 Plus, have not yet tried Shelly Plus 2PM.
