Android App issues, IOS and Web fine?

Hi all,
My team uses the mobile app to send a relay pulse to 4G Particle SOM devices, pretty straight forward.
However the users with Android devices (latest software/app version and different android devices) can only control about 80% of the devices where the IOS Devices and Web users have no issues sending the pulses.
Is this a known error with the Android App?

Hi Oleskii,
We’re using app version 1.20.1 on 3 android devices.

By control I mean in the app we have a button that triggers a relay out in the field

However on any one day only around 80% of the devices work for the android users (random devices each day might I add) where the IOS and Web interface users seem to have no issues controlling all devices on any given day.
