Add an existing user

Hi All,

I wish to add an existing registered user yet the prompt says I can’t as they are already registered.
How do I invite an existing registered user?
Yes, I’ve read the manual and searched the forum.

Hello @coulombIQ. If some user was registered via some email, it is not possible to register again with same email

So how do I let them share my devices if they are already registered and therefore I cannot use the “invite user” functionality?

@coulombIQ If you are registered in different organizations, you will not be able to share devices

They need to create a different email address and you invite them that way.
