[Account] Unable to Access My Blynk.Console Before Scheduled Deletion

Hi Blynkers & Support,

I recently received a notification stating that my Blynk.Console account will be deleted in 7 days due to inactivity. Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to log in with my usual credentials, and the password reset function doesn’t seem to work.

I’d like to recover access to my account befre it gets permanently deleted.

I’d really appreciate any assistance.

I check these posts but I don’t find any solution.
The system just refuse my credentials both on android and webpage.
I received the mail with the 7 days warning on 21/6, and directly tried to connect without success.
Also the renew password is failing each time I try!

So the days are passing and in few days my account will be deleted !
I need some support, but how/who can help?

(sorry for the “!” but I’m a bit anxious to lost my things)

@Alx-I The system may have already deleted the account. What was your Blynk email login?
