Dear Blynk team
My account has just been deleted due to inactivity. Unfortunately the warning mail gave me just a 7 day warning (which was too short over christmas) and I missed it by a few days. (I wanted to continue my project when I have more time).
In short: Can you undelete my account, is that possible?
Thank you very much for your support and best regards
MakerAndy
Hello,
As per my knowledge and experience with blynk, this ain’t possible. You will have to open a new account with blynk now.
There are quite a few changes in the plans. Have a look before proceeding.

It might help if you explained whether this was a paid subscription - and if so, which type - or a free one.
Pete.
Thanks Pete. It was a free account. I assume the recovery is not possible? Do you see my mail address or should I DM it to you?
Best regards
MakerAndy
I’m just a moderator on this forum. I have no access to Blynk accounts.
My (educated) guess would be that it’s not recoverable.
You should probably read this post…
The first thing you need to know is that there are two different types of free account…
The old free account - this had:
No limit on messages between the devices and the server
10 datastreams per template (may have been reduced to 5 now - see below)
A limit of 3 templates, 2 devices and 5 users
The new free account - this has:
A limit of 30,000 messages per month between all of your devices combined, and the Blynk server
20 datastreams per template
A limit of 10 templates, 10 devices and …
before deciding whether it’s worth the effort to continue with Blynk, or look at alternative platforms.
Pete.
