Yes you can to a certain extent. The GPS widget uses various techniques to identify the location of Smartphones including WiFi etc.

gps wiget means what? where it will present in blynk app?

Are you using iOS? If you are I think you will need to wait for the widget to be built.

If you are using Android study Map, GPS Stream and GPS Trigger widgets in the docs and the app.
