Yet another Fail to disable echo - Where to find ESP firmware

Hello, I am new to Blynk.
In order to concure “Fail to disable echo”, it looks we need AT version:0.22.0.0(Mar 20 2015 10:04:26) -SDK version:1.0.0 as best choice according to below post
