Where did all my energy gone?

as one of the early Kickstarter backers I had 100’s of energy, and some small projects,
I have not use blynk for a long time and it is all gone!!
I even could not enter my old account, and created a new account on same email as old one, but no energy available.

Unused Blynk server accounts are deleted after a while (6+ months of inactivity I believe). This is to free-up storage space and to comp,y with GDPR regulations.

Unfortunately the Blynk server doesn’t know that you were a Kickstarter backer and treats you account the same was as any other.

I don’t think it’s possible to restore any projects that you may have had, as I think that data is permanently deleted, but I’m sure that @Pavel can sort-out your energy.
Maybe the best approach would be to send a PM to @Pavel with the details of your new Blynk account.

Yes, I got an email from Pavel, all will be OK (energy will be refilled). About old project - this is not a real issue, anyway I intent to write new ones…
