Where is this? Is it related to WebHook widget or it’s generally stated like that in the docs? Please send a link and screenshot.

What are your settings in the widget? What URL are you using?
I’ve just tested and it works.
Using the URL “https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blynkkk/blynk-library/master/extras/logo.txt” from the example with method ser to “GET” and content type set to “text/plain” results to this response on the serial console:
