User has no access

Hi,

i had a second user in my organisation, who was able to see all devices in the mobile app. Now suddenly, she doesn’t have access anymore in the mobile app and I can’t find her as a user in the web console neither in the search tab nor in the settings tab, but i also can’t re-invite her to my organisation as her Email is “already in use”.
Is there any workaround for this?

Tell her to logout from the app if possible and re login.

Else

Uninstall the app n reinstall. This may help.

Did you set-up this user when you had free PRO access, and now you are using the FREE or PLUS plans?

@mawe I see only one user in your org. What was the other email?

Me too, but when I try adding her email I get an error that she’s already registered. Her email is xxx@gmail.com

Thanks! Weird enough, as it did work and then stopped working, but anyways it’s fine now.
