Unable to Ship firmware

I’m unable to ship firmware to my devices. The status is live but does not update. No progress bar update for a few days now.

Is your device online?
By the way what is it? In case it’s ESP8266 board restart may be required to trigger the firmware update.
No progress bar update could be caused by default Attempts Limit which is 3 times and Attempts Reset Period which is 24 hours.

It’s an ESP8266. I’ve done the updates before but do not recall a reboot as a requirement.
I will attempt the reboot.

What do you see in the shipment? What statuses per device?

Both online and the events are empty

@yourideasvi thanks. I checked. it doesn’t work, because shipment time is morning and devices are online already. In other words - shipment is happening only when the device connects to the server during the desired period (morning in your case).

This is a known issue and this part is not yet implemented. I’ll increase the prio, so we’ll hopefully fix it soon.

As a quick fix - please recreate the shipment at “any” time.
