Unable to login to App

I’m unable to login to the Blank app on iOS.

My login returns “User is not registered.”

When I try to reset password, it says “We don’t have such email in our database. Please re-check”

Previously, I was able to login and use it fine.

I have not used the app in some months.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Just create a new login… older unused accounts may have been deleted.

If you had extra purchased energy and vital projects, then you can PM @Dmitriy your login info and he might be able to resurrect the account.

I had emailed them. Wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue. I will PM him. Thanks!
