I am unable to open the device timeline tab when logged in as a user now. for the past week, i was able to the entire timeline properly, but today i am unable to access the timeline tab.
I have tried to access it from Android, iOS and even from the desktop website, but the timeline tab is not visible unless I log in as a developer or a system admin
Subscription type?

May have something to do with this, but not 100% certain.
Hello, @Ben22. Please check View Timeline Owned Devices permission. If it is disabled, then the user with the user role will not be able to open the timeline tab.
