hi im new to blynk, can i know the transfer rate or the delay of my data from hardware to the blynk cloud system?

If your code is well written (no blocking delay() commands) then the transfer should be virtually instantaneous - depending of course on the type and speed of your internet connection and network infrastructure between you and the Blynk cloud server where your project is hosted.
The ping time results that are shown when your device connects to the Blynk server will generally be a good indication of the responsiveness of your device.
