TimeInput widget delivers "True" on t.hasStartTime() & t.hasStopTime() when there is no start and stop time selected

Hello
when i enter dashes on the widget start and stop time
the t.hasStartTime() & t.hasStopTime() delivers true anyway
also the start & stop time delivers 6:28:15

please help

i mean i do not put start and stop time in the widget on my phone
