(SOLVED) Server not responding on local ip

I have configurated all parameters and i have two problems:
1 server responding only on 127.0.0.1:9443/admin
2 the blynk app don’t connect to server 192.168.1.9:8443

For the first issue i have modified this server properties:

allowed.administrator.ips=0.0.0.0/0

For the second issue the server don’t work via wifi but only via ethernet cable… (i have read other post that explain this problem)
Blink app now connecting very well :heart_eyes:
