[SOLVED] Hardware offline

My hardware (mega2560) goes to sleep and wakes every 15 minutes. During the sleep time, I might press a button on the app (configured as “switch”, not “push”). Will that action be stored at the server and sent to the hardware, when it is back on-line? Or will it be ignored?

I would like to change a water valve with the button, and I don’t mind that it might be delayed 15 minutes.

Duplicate any physical pins with virtual pins, write the value of the virtual pin to the server each time it changes and then sync the pin when you need the value back i.e. each time it wakes up.

@Magnus this is http://docs.blynk.cc/#blynk-main-operations-state-syncing what @Costas means.

Thanks. I put the “Blynk.syncVirtual(V0);” where the program continues after wake-up from sleep, as I don’t have a reset. It works great. Thanks!
