Secondary Webb Tab does not scroll off the header area

I created a secondary tab in Web dashboard. (Here called TestDummy).
=>

  1. I noted the top header area does not scroll up when I scroll the viewable section down,
    See images.

The Top Header (enclosed in red) doers not scroll up/away when I scroll the contents down.

Compare with how it is scrolled up/away for my “normal” tab.

Noteable.
After I have viewed the secondary TAB (and scrolled), this scroll feature does not work anymore for the primary/normal tab. LIke if viewing the secondary tab resets some scroll flag or similar,.

  1. There seems to be no way to rename the secondary tab after it has been created. Would be nice.
